Double
The room consists of a double bed or two single beds, which can be modified into a king sized bed. There is also a wardrobe, dressing table, LCD television, refrigerator and air-conditioning for cooling and heating. In the bathroom there is a shower with cabin for a more confortable and relaxing shower providing hot water 24/7. Further more there is a balcony or terrace either with pool or mountain view. Daily cleaning is provided. Clean sheets and towels are included and are being refreshed every 3-4days. Shampoos, soaps as well as toalete paper are offered.

In the bathroom there is a shower with cabin for a more confortable and relaxing shower providing hot water 24/7. Further more there is a balcony with garden and mountain view. Daily cleaning is provided. Clean sheets and towels are included and are being refreshed every 3-4days. Shampoos, soaps as well as toalete paper are offered.

Our hotel consists of fifteen rooms and apartments. Ten of them are double rooms, three are studios and the other two and one-bedroom-apartments with kitchenette that are able to accommodate up to four people. A swimming pool 100m^2 is also built in front of the buildings. The minimum depth is one meter and the maximum is two meters. A part of it has been specially modified into fifty centimeters for the young fellows, so they can feel all the joy of water without the fear of their parents. Umbrellas and sunbeds are placed for those who love to relax by the pool. At the back of the building there are showers, toilletes and changing rooms that you can freely use. At the snack bar "Freddo", which is located next to the pool, you can enjoy your coffee, drink or ice-cream, your breakfast, lunch or dinner. At the back of the building there is plenty of free parking area and space for those who windsurf so they can keep their equipment safe. BBQ facilities are provided and Wi-Fi is free and available in all the area of Xenia.

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. All deposits are non refundable.

For a complete and accurate reservation some deposit should be sent. The amount should be 20% of the total cost. Credit cards regarding reservations online will be preauthorised with the full amount of the reservation 30 days before the date of arrival.

Children over the age of 2 are charged normally as an adult in all accommodation types and at the breakfast buffet . Children under the age of 2 are free of charge in all our accommodation types and at the breakfast buffet.

Information sur les alentours
Xenia is situated in Ponti, which is the most recently constructed area of the village of Vassiliki. Vassiliki is located on the south coast of Lefkada which is one of the 7 island of the Ionian Sea. Only 1km from the center of Vassiliki, Xenia is not far from cafes,restaurants or bars but far enough from the crouded center. The nearest beach is just 80meters away and you can reach it within a 2 minute walking.

The distance from the capital of the island is 38km, however the nearest bus station is only 5meters from the hotel. Xenia is only half an hour away from the famous beaches of Porto Katsiki and Egremni, where you should definitely go. The closest airport is the Airport of Aktio and is located 58km from Vassiliki.

We asked when booking to receive a room with double bed and balcony. We got a room as we asked, but the room was small. On-site hotel (https://xenia.cosmores.com/) for the double room appears a description that mentions an area of ??20 sqm. When I went and I said that this room was not as I read on the internet, the hotel representative said that the area was an average. In conclusion, the room has about 10 to 12 square meters plus bathroom and balcony. The biggest problem is the fact that the room next door was stuck to our door and when others entering or leaving the room, we could hear very loud noise. Entry is throungh a very noisy door into a hall, and in this small hallway are the doors of 4 rooms. So we bother us all when coming and going. One good thing was that the other people in other rooms did not have a very different sleeping schedule than ours. Except this inconvenience, the hotel is very clean, the garden is very well maintained, linen and towels changed every 3 days, daily room clean, furniture is good quality, as well as linens, the bed is comfortable. Camera, despite the size, is very well organized. Breakfast was pretty good and varied, and service hours - 8:30-10:30 - even if it seems a little late, fall into the rhythm of the island life and do not tangle. | 5 |

Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock ging Richtung Stra?e und Pool. Keine Ger?uschbel?stigung, aber beim n?chsten Mal w?rde ich, wegen der besseren Aussicht, ein Zimmer Richtung Berge w?hlen. Das Fr?hst?ck ist ph?nomenal, die Auswahl l?sst keine W?nsche offen. Sonderw?nsche werden sofort erf?llt und die Betreuung ist optimal.
